Why is there no long term growth plan, such as the development of the Warfield Project? It just seems to be sitting there, on hold. The danger is that in the hands of inexperienced "leadership" needing a quick dollar, parts of the Warfield Project could be sold off to anyone who wants a site for some undesirable use that does not serve the town citizens well. The Warfield Project is controlled by a group operating independent of the town, perhaps that will protect the project from being sold off in pieces.
Again, I would like to ask... WHY DOES THE TOWN NOT APPROACH THE FORMER MAYOR ABOUT HIS HELP IN DEVELOPING THE WARFIELD PROJECT. No one knows as much about this project than the former Mayor.

The previous mayor was far more forward looking than the current office holder. Present administration does not seem to understand investment for future gain. Council now is populated with sufficient naysayers as to stifle any efforts to expand the Town's income through investment. They outwardly solicit ideas for improving income and economic health, but apparently only want projects with zero risk. Small vocal minority has put them into power, the majority will suffer the consequence.
Wildman you have exactly expressed one of my concerns about the current administration. After the loss of the developer last year (understandable as it was). there appeared to be little outward effort to move the project forward. Where are the visionaries; where is creativity? How about some visibility into what's going on with this project?
